Has mediocre communication skills, but is a bit of a technological geek.
He sports questionable hair cuts, as well as facial hair at times, and only wears one brand of clothing (sounds stubborn).
Previous employees say that he’s been known to sleep on the job…

Hmmm.
Looks like a questionable individual, possibly an escaped convict or moderately touched.
Probably goes by the name, “Jimmy” or “Timmy.”
The most telling aspect of this pic is the strange look the fellah seated below and to the left is giving our “boy.”
The face of the bearded ond fortells either a passing of wind or soiled shorts.
